Four chairs, and about $2,400 between the cheapest and the most expensive. Price is only part of the choice. What matters just as much is how long you can live with the chair before you decide, how it gets to your door, and who stands behind it.

We lined up the Relaxe Zero-Gravity Shiatsu chair against the Infinity Prelude, the Kyota Zenyu M338 and the Real Relax PS6500 on price, home trial, delivery, warranty and features.

Why Relaxe comes out ahead

A year to decide, not a month.

Relaxe gives you 365 days at home to decide. The Infinity and Real Relax each give you 30 days, and Real Relax charges a 20% fee if the chair has been used. The Kyota offers 100 days. A chair this size is something you learn to live with, and a year covers every season and every mood.

It arrives in days and you plug it in.

Relaxe delivers in 2 to 5 business days, and there is nothing to assemble. The Infinity’s free delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks and the chair needs assembling unless you pay for white glove. Real Relax quotes 3 to 20 days.

Free in-home delivery, a $200 value.

The current Fall Season Offer includes it, so the chair comes inside your home, not just to the curb. You choose it at checkout.

Priced below the Infinity and the Kyota.

At $2,799, against a $5,330 original price, Relaxe is $2,200 under the Infinity and $1,200 under the Kyota at its current sale price, with a 3-year warranty and a 53-inch SL-track.

What you get with the Relaxe chair

Diagram of the Relaxe 53-inch SL-track following the curve of the body, compared with a standard S-track — The 53-inch SL-track follows your spine from neck to thighs.

The track runs the full 53 inches from your neck down to your thighs, with four shiatsu rollers working along it and automatic shoulder positioning that finds where to start. Twenty-eight airbags squeeze your shoulders, arms, hips, calves and feet. There is heat in the lower back, foot rollers for your soles, and one button that tips you into zero gravity, with three angles to choose from.

You are not stuck with a preset. There are 12 automatic programs and 5 manual techniques, with 5 speeds, 3 widths and 3 air pressure levels, all from a remote with a color display. Bluetooth, USB and memory card playback are built in, along with surround sound. A retractable calf frame adapts to different heights, and Relaxe recommends the chair for people from 5’1" to 6’4" and up to 330 pounds.

It works straight out of the box: unbox it and plug it in. Relaxe says every chair is tested before it ships, and that its support team is there 24/7 by phone, email or text.

Free in-home delivery, a $200 value.

Included with the current Fall Season Offer and chosen at checkout. As of October 2, 2026, Hickory Brown ships by October 15 and the other colors are in stock.

How the other three compare

Infinity Prelude

$4,999, with limited availability

The Prelude is a capable chair: a near-flat reclining S-track with a 4-node mechanism and four techniques (kneading, tapping, knocking and shiatsu), TrueFit body scanning, foot reflexology rollers, lumbar heat, a decompression stretch, zero gravity, Bluetooth speakers and voice control. It has 6 automatic programs and a full manual mode, a 5-year warranty, and holds up to 264 pounds.

Where Relaxe differs: 365 days at home instead of 30, delivery in days instead of weeks, nothing to assemble, and $2,200 less.

Kyota Zenyu M338

$3,999, marked down from $5,999 at a store that sells it

A 44-inch L-track with a 4-node mechanism, TrueFit body scanning, reflexology foot rollers, lumbar heat, zero gravity, Bluetooth speakers, voice control and 18 automatic programs. It slides forward as it reclines, so it needs little room behind it. The store we checked offers a 100-day trial and free curbside delivery.

Where Relaxe differs: 365 days instead of 100, and $1,200 less.

Real Relax PS6500

$2,599.99, the lowest of the four

The PS6500 packs in a lot: a 4D mechanism on a long SL-track, 13 massage techniques, 27 automatic programs, AI soreness detection, a 7-inch touchscreen, voice and app control, 28-cell airbags, waist and lower back heat and Bluetooth speakers. Shipping is free, and it holds up to 300 pounds.

Where Relaxe differs: a 365-day trial instead of 30 days with a 20% fee on a used chair, a 3-year warranty instead of 1, and delivery in 2 to 5 days instead of 3 to 20.
